Refund Policy

We ensure that our customer are happy after purchasing our product. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We believe in our products 100% and stand behind them, but if you aren’t satisfied with the selected plan or quality of service. We advise all of our users to go through this refund policy before purchasing any of our plans.

ACCEPTABLE GROUNDS FOR ISSUING A REFUND

  • You are eligible for a refund if the product does not meet all its featured functionalities or its completely unusable within 14 days.
  • If you have any question or need help in installing or configuring our purchased plugins or themes please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. It is impossible for us to test our soft product on every server. Therefore, if our support team is unable to get our product up and running on your site within the first 14 days after purchase, we will happily give you a refund.
  • If a stolen credit card, PayPal account or any other form of payment or financial instrument is used to pay for the subscription. You will not receive a single penny as a refund on any other bank or account.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Your client didn’t go for it.
  • You’ve realised that our product is “Not what I need”.
  • You’ve changed your mind.
  • You’ve found a different solution.
  • It’s been more than 14 days since you purchased the product from our site.(no exceptions)
  • You don’t have the time to implement our products on your website.
  • You made some modifications or customisation and now the product isn’t working properly.
  • You experience conflicts with other third party soft products(plugins, themes, APIs or scripts) connected to or installed on your site.
  • Subscription is purchased on discounted prices or special offer.
  • Non-renewable plans are also NOT subjected to any refunds.

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without a refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms of Uses or verbally abuse our staff, other users of our site or our associates. If such a user attempts to re-subscribe to our site, we reserve the right to terminate their account without any refund or advance notice and block their IP address.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

When the refund is processed, you will not be able to access the support forum, downloads, and documentation.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are managed by the same payment processor that you have used to subscribe. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the request. The exact date on which you will get your refund is dependent on the payment method. Refunds via credit card companies can take up to two months. We have no authority over this period of time. The bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice and it applies to all subscriptions and subscribers instantly and prospectively. It is considered an essential aspect of our Terms of Service, and all users must agree to it.
